1.characteristics:
hdpe is kind of apolar thermoplastic resin,which is good in impact resistance,with good low temperature resistance(up to -50°c),extremely excellent electric performance and chemical stability,resistant toacid,alkali,salt aqueous solvent at room temperature,but not resistant to strong oxidants.Heat-deformation temperature is 60 to 83°c.Non-toxic,feel like wax,low water absorption,electric insulation.the resin density is 0.954g/cm3.
2.application:
it can be used as anti-erode machines components,available for wire and cable insulation material of high frequency insulation and high voltage insulation,soundproof material for air-conditioner,cushion material for packing industry,food machine,water-sports material.
